January #mbbinstachallenge Look 1 (Week of Jan. 9-15): Minimalist Skin and Bright Pink Lips - Makeup and Beauty Blog
Happy hump mean solar day! OK, here's my 2nd look for week #one of the #mbbinstachallenge using the same idea of a bold, colorful element on super clean skin. Lots of you are participating, and I love what you're coming upwardly with!
In the look I did on Monday, information technology felt super weird to see myself in bright heart makeup with admittedly no colour on my cheeks, simply it feels TEN TIMES weirder to wear bright lips today without color anywhere else on my face up.
Perhaps that's considering when I usually practice wear a bold lip, I'chiliad usually too glammed up?
I dunno…
But I do know that when I look at these pics, the lips Really STAND OUT. All I run across are lips, lips, lips! ???
The model in the motion picture in a higher place looks like she'southward wearing a bright pink lipstick outlined with a slightly darker liner. I wanted a similar vibe, so I went with MAC Processed Yum Yum and NARS Costa Smeralda Velvet Lip Liner, and I kept the liner purposefully un-composite to help it show up brighter in pics.
Also, it looks like this model isn't wearing any foundation or concealer or mascara, or actually annihilation at all, but your daughter doesn't gyre like that, LOL! Oh, hell no. I had to put on a footling something, then I used Brand Up For Ever Smoothing Primer, and so a little fleck of Sephora Brilliant Future Gel Serum before setting everything with MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural.
I'm getting then many ideas from your looks so far!

And the sleeky finish on this purple eye past @cosmetopiadigest is GORGEOUS.
Await 1 of the #mbbinstachallenge, hosted by @karenmbb, is a "bold, colourful element". I stepped out of my neutral condolement zone and used the @katvondbeauty Metal Matte #eyeshadowpalette – shades Nebula, Velour, and Glitz. As a dominion, I'm iffy nearly bold shades, merely I have sinusitis and can't go out, so I figured that this challenge was the right motivation, and the bright shades have cheered me upward no end, despite the watery eyes. Practice you accept this palette? Information technology has sold out online, just launched in Sephora Dubai recently and my Mum treated me to it before Christmas. Review coming before long.

Savory oatmeal — it'southward a thing
After I made it and posted this video on Instagram last weekend, I was really surprised that more people hadn't tried it before. Information technology'south great pre-workout nutrient because it has circuitous carbs and protein.
You just take regular oatmeal, but instead of calculation sugariness things to it, like honey, fruit, milk and saccharide, you add savory things to it, like veggies, cheddar cheese, eggs and spices.
Please tell me you lot've had savory oatmeal earlier! It'due south the best, particularly when you don't want toast or something frozen.
