Chances are the lawmaking was redeemed on a different account that is signed in on your Xbox console which is why you're seeing the order history from in that location.

No I've merely got one account...
The cdkeys code was redeemed by myself and just for myself non for friends or family unit...
Xbox store accept the lawmaking but didn't give the game and there was no mistake code...
The game is in my purchase history merely I carnt go to download it unless I purchase information technology over again...
I've tried to impute the cdkeys lawmaking over again just xbox store says cd key has already been redeemed...
Yet cdkeys say if lawmaking has been redeemed your non in in titled to a refund...
What I find amazing is the game shows up as purchased ,I havnt got game to download and Microsoft says I'm not intitled to a refund only don't say why other than go back to whom I purchased my digital game code from...
I've looked again it says

Payment token
Total value $ 0.00
Status redeemed
Why would it say value every bit $0.00
Plus I bought xbox uk version cause live in the uk so it should be the wright version..

The value would be listed equally $0.00 as the lawmaking was not purchased via the MS Store.....MS have no idea what price you paid and information technology lists it in $ as a default I believe.
You definitely bought the UK version yes? And you definitely bought the Xbox version and non Windows version?
Can yous got to the Windows Store, find the WWZ Aftermath entry and post a screenshot of what it shows please? Usually when a purchased game doesn't show up it'due south considering it's the wrong platform, wrong business relationship or wrong region...for a game to just not bear witness up is weird

Yeah and then I've just look on pc and in that location it is..
Globe war z backwash upgrade on the pc,but it was the xbox great britain version that I purchased on www.cdkeys.com..

Hello, I would say CDKeys and I would also say not to trust them. I've seen people with like problems. MS will not reimburse since it wasn't purchased through them. Was it cheaper through CDKeys? I would make certain I purchase through MS from at present on.

No you lot arent realizing the consequence
The code was for xbox GAMES for PC
Not XBOX
And yes the codes are very very specific
MS can only provide the production based on your code which y'all got just for xbox games for windows 10
Which isn't a playanywhere championship
The exchange would have to be on cdkeys side
You gotta remember there are iii brands now
Xbox games for windows 10
Xbox series s/x
And just xbox games (United xbox 1 and titles though xbox bc for series consoles)

My apologies...I posted earlier but then deleted information technology because, equally mentioned above, I really had no inkling what I was on about.
If y'all bought the Xbox version from CDK merely received the PC version, then that would exist CDKs fault and then their responsibleness to ensure you have the right production. Effectively, they accept provided you with a broken/malfunctioning product and so should brand sure you lot have the correct one.
Of form, the trouble is that information technology was redeemed so they could argue it's not their fault presumably (am not a lawyer)
